Sienna Smith is a clinically trained yoga therapist
practicing for over 10 years, she has assisted one of the countries
top yoga therapist, Gary Kraftsow. She appears in his Yoga DVD:
Yoga Therapy for the Low Back, Hips and Sacrum. Currently she
is studying with John Friend, the creator of Ansuara Yoga, and
has found the alignment principles to produce a profound healing
in the low back, knees, hips, neck and shoulders. Sessions are
$95 for 90 minutes (sliding scale is considered based on need).
A discount of 5% is given for packages of 3 or more. Although
you will feel results in the first session a minimum of 3 sessions
is recommended for refining and integrating the principles into
