Yoga is a holistic approach to healing that has been scientifically proven to help with many physical, physiological and emotional issues of the body and mind. I use a combination of powerful and healing asanas (postures), breathing, meditation and relaxation techniques to bring about wellness on all levels. Through our sessions together we build a full yoga program that includes a daily practice designed specifically for you and additional self-care practices that may serve in your healing.


From our sessions together and your insights through your personal practice you will increase awareness and learn how to be your own healer allowing for true transformation and lasting results. Many clients have commented on how amazing it is that a short daily practice can produce such profound results.


Sienna Smith is a clinically trained yoga therapist practicing for over 10 years, she has assisted one of the countries top yoga therapist, Gary Kraftsow. She appears in his Yoga DVD: Yoga Therapy for the Low Back, Hips and Sacrum. Currently she is studying with John Friend, the creator of Ansuara Yoga, and has found the alignment principles to produce a profound healing in the low back, knees, hips, neck and shoulders. Sessions are $95 for 90 minutes (sliding scale is considered based on need). A discount of 5% is given for packages of 3 or more. Although you will feel results in the first session a minimum of 3 sessions is recommended for refining and integrating the principles into your yoga practice and daily life.
